Admission to Reception in September 2026

Information on admissions and how to apply for a place for your child can be found on the Surrey Website www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions. The application window will open on 3rd November 2025 and close on 15th January 2026.

In Year Admissions

We welcome enquiries from parents interested in transferring to our school. If no place is available in the year group requested, children can be added to our waiting list (see below).

Applications for admission during the current school year September 2025 – July 2026 should be made to Surrey Admissions. The procedure can be found at www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions. Our Admissions Policy for 2025-26 can be found here and the SIF for 2025-26 can be found here.

Applicants for a church place must additionally complete our Supplementary Information form 2025-26 and return it to the school.

Appeals

Parents who are not offered a place for their child have the right to appeal and information is contained within the Admissions Policy. Parents who wish to appeal should contact the school and we will arrange for the appropriate forms to be sent. Alternatively parents can contact Surrey directly as we subscribe to their appeals service (email: surrey.schoolappeals@surreycc.gov.uk Tel: 0300 200 1004).

Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed.

Waiting lists

Parents who are not offered a place for their child, are placed on a waiting list, unless they indicate otherwise. We understand that parents may wish to check with the school that they are on the waiting list and the easiest way to do this is to email office@trinityoaks.surrey.sch.uk. The waiting list is ordered in accordance with our Admissions policy and being on a waiting list does not guarantee that a place will become available.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

At Trinity Oaks C of E Primary School we identify children’s individual needs through liaison with pre-schools and rigorous assessment procedures which enable us to carefully track children’s progress.
